The hotel is undergoing a remodel, but there were signs everywhere and we appreciate the improvements. It was a great stay!

I liked the kitchenette with a regular refrigerator so I could freeze my ice packs for my cooler. The room was clean and the bathroom was accessible for my husband who has mobility issues. The bed on the other hand is not what I would expect in a mobility accessible room. The bed needs to be a little higher and firmer to make it easier to get up from. Other than that it was a very nice room

If somebody would just spray a little Round Up to kill the weeds, the property would look a lot better. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice rooms and facilities at a great price. We had 2 rooms that connected which was great for traveling with young children.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Very comfortable bed in a spacious quiet room. The hotel is in a great location. It is walking distance to good restaurants and shopping ,but if the weather is bad the hotel provides free transportation. There is a speakeasy in the hotel as well as another beautiful bar. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The thing that made our stay special was the great customer service we received from all the staff. When we return to Omaha this will definitely be where we will stay .
